Sandy Spring Stairs
These
20 + year old decks and cedar stairways have taken a beating
over the years. On this project the stairway to the driveway
was heavily damaged and will be replaced using pressure
treated framing and cedar decking and rails. I'll also be
replacing a downhill walkway with gradual 24" steps which
will lead to the main and upper deck. And to the main deck I
will be replacing some decking and also the rail caps for
now. This project will have 3 phases.
